This application is for Local Education Agencies (LEAs) with eligible Twelfth Grade
students who are required to pass the California High School Exit Examination (CAHSEE),
and who have taken and not passed one or both parts of the CAHSEE. Any funds remaining
after the apportionment for Twelfth Grade students shall be used for eligible eleventh
grade students.
To avoid losing changes to this form, you must submit the contents of this form
within four hours of successfully logging on. A reminder will pop up five minutes
before this session will expire.
