This screen provides access to the Proposition 39 applications for the Election of Two Years of Funding in the current year and the Energy Planning Funds.
Select an application. Note: LEAs choosing the Election for Two Years of Funding application can access the Energy Planning Funds application (when available) from the same page.
Select your LEA from the drop down list. Enter your password and select the "Logon" button to access the application.
Verify your contact information at California School Directory.
If the LEA does not have a password, select the "Request Password" button. An e-mail containing the password will be sent to the contact person listed in the California School Directory for the selected LEA.
If the LEA has already been assigned a password, a verification code link will be e-mailed to the LEA to confirm the new password request before a new password is assigned.
