2012-13 CBEDS - Online Reporting Application (CBEDS-ORA) 

The California Basic Educational Data System - Online Reporting Application (CBEDS-ORA) logon page is used to update coordinator information and to report 2012-13 School Information Form (SIF) and County/District Information Form (CDIF) data. If you have questions about this application or CBEDS, contact the Educational Demographics Office at 916-327-0219 or e-mail eddemo@cde.ca.gov.
Please note: This application was previously known as CBEDS - Online Public Update for Schools (CBEDS-OPUS).

This logon page does not provide access to the OPUS-County District School (CDS) application, which is used for updating general information about schools and districts.

Instructions
  • This screen provides access to the CBEDS-ORA.
  • Enter your user name and password and select "Logon" to access the application. The 2012 user names and passwords were issued to CBEDS coordinators in June.
  • If you have lost your user name and/or password, call Educational Demographics at 916-327-0219 or e-mail eddemo@cde.ca.gov.
  • Passwords are case sensitive. Capital letters must be entered as capital letters and lower case letters must be entered as lower case.
